Gold Medal Success at RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2026

“A Seed in Time” Main Avenue Garden – A First for Schellevis

After supporting several show gardens in previous years, our collaboration on the RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2026 garden for Killik & Co marked a significant milestone: the first time Schellevis products had featured in a Main Avenue garden.

Working alongside Baz Grainger and the team at Landform Consultants, we were invited to develop a special edition Schellevis product specifically for the show. As the garden focused on sustainability and biodiversity, it presented an ideal opportunity to demonstrate that concrete paving can play a meaningful role in environmentally responsible landscape design.

Award-Winning Success at Chelsea

Chelsea Flower Show 2026 became even more special with the recognition received by both the show garden and the trade stand. The Killik & Co “A Seed in Time” Garden was awarded a prestigious Gold Medal, recognising the outstanding design by Baz Grainger and the exceptional build by Landform Consultants. In addition, the Killik Barn trade stand received an impressive 5-Star Trade Stand Award.

For Schellevis, it is a privilege to have been part of these successful projects. These awards are a testament to the hard work, creativity and collaboration of everyone involved. We are proud that our products played a role in both the award-winning Main Avenue garden and the inspiring presentation of The Glasshouse Collective.

A Bespoke Edition, Designed for Chelsea

To achieve this, we further refined our existing recipe and pushed the boundaries of our production process to increase the share of recycled and reclaimed materials to more than 80%. In addition, we use low-carbon cement and Biocoal Fly Ash®, a sustainable filler generated during the production of electricity. We also reuse our own concrete waste. Together with a specialist partner, we carefully process and select reclaimed concrete, from which a high-quality aggregate replacement is produced for use in our products.

A standout feature of the garden was the introduction of our new circular seating elements, which were used as stepping stones across the stream. They created a playful and engaging route through the space while showcasing a versatile and imaginative application of the Schellevis range.

Bespoke step units, produced using the same sustainable mix, were also created to frame the water feature and guide visitors towards the water, enhancing both accessibility and the overall garden experience.

Killik Barn Meets The Glasshouse Collective

Following the success and popularity of the Killik & Co Show Garden, the Killik Barn trade stand was created to introduce visitors to The Glasshouse Collective.

The stand offered a snapshot of the collaborative showroom concept based in Chobham, Surrey, bringing together designers, landscapers and homeowners with a carefully curated selection of premium outdoor brands. From paving and outdoor kitchens to a wide range of landscaping products, the space highlighted solutions to suit a variety of projects and design styles.

We are very proud

Throughout the show, we were on hand to introduce visitors to our new tumbled paver range, which was soft-launched earlier this year. The blend of four complementary colours attracted considerable interest, with many visitors recognising its potential to bring the distinctive Schellevis aesthetic into more traditional garden settings.

The response reinforced the growing appeal of sustainable, characterful hard landscaping materials and highlighted the versatility of Schellevis across a broad range of design applications.

Looking back, Chelsea Flower Show 2026 was a celebration of collaboration, innovation and craftsmanship. We are proud to have contributed to two award-winning presentations and look forward to continuing these partnerships in future projects.
